We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the nature of our private experiences and limited availability, the following policy applies:
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to cancel the tour if only one participant is booked.
